Tim Frost started 50 Elixir in 2023, a healthcare government affairs and consulting firm serving businesses and nonprofits across the country. He has 10 years of experience in developing brand messaging, crisis communication, and solving healthcare business and government policy problems.
Tim graduated in 2017 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. In 2015, he achieved his Bachelors of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Minor in Chemistry from the University of Toledo.
Tim completed a postdoctoral fellowship with Pacific University School of Pharmacy and Oregon Board of Pharmacy in 2018, and then worked for two years doing pharmacy regulatory and government affairs for a Fortune 6 healthcare company.
In 2020, Tim spearheaded the consolidation of eleven executive branch agencies into one new Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses. As the Deputy Administrator, he served as the legislative, local government, and policy consultant for 48 regulatory boards and commissions, including 265 board members.
